At Pink Chicken, we want you and your little ones to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or a direct exchange for a different size or color.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund once the items reach our warehouse.
